*This workshop addresses the physical experience of those with born-female body parts in combination with the social experience of being treated as female in this culture. All pronouns, presentation styles and gender expressions welcome.
In this women-only workshop, we safely and non-judgmentally:
• Learn to experience peace and deeply-felt pleasure in our bodies
• Explore new ways to love ourselves, whether we’re partnered or not
• Gain knowledge to overcome specific—even longstanding—sexual difficulties
• Discover the heart of our sexual truths by gently peeling away shame-filled stories
• Give voice to our most charged passions and fantasies, for both healing AND pleasure
Mindful Sexuality will allow you to:
• Bring your full self to sex—every time
• Let go, drop in, and experience greater pleasure, connection, and joy
• Rekindle sexual relationships that have lost their spark
• Feel more alive and powerful in all aspects of your life

I can't begin to express how much I've gotten out of this weekend, Beth. You are one of the most compassionate people I've ever met. You have a true gift for creating and holding an open, powerful and beautiful space. The work I've done here has been nothing less than transformative. Thank you again so much! I am incredibly grateful.

Wow, what a powerful workshop! My expectations were met and exceeded. I have a greater understanding of myself now, after peering into my fantasy world. My biggest take away has been seeing that my fantasies can heal me, rather than cause harm. What a concept! One that certainly didn’t seem possible before the workshop started.

Thank you for this workshop. It’s been incredibly helpful. Through the meditations and exercises, I finally got to see how many of my thoughts about myself and my sexuality are something I’ve been trained to believe. They’re not even real. Time to move all those old files to the trash!
